The price of each period refers to:

A week and a housing unit with air conditioning with 2 +2 beds. Each apartment is furnished in a simple and functional way and includes:

–          a Double bedroom;

–          a room with bunk beds;

–          Small living room with kitchenette;

–          Bathroom with shower;

–          Covered porch;

–          Small safe;

–          Air Conditioning;

–      tv.

electricity, water, air conditioning and fuel consumption.

Services excluded from the price:
Final cleaning, 40 €
Small pets allowed; price € 40,00 for additional cleaning.
Tv € 6,00 a week.
Blanket, sheets and pillowcases (10 € a week per person).
Bathroom and kitchen towels are not awailable.

Caution Money: € 100,00. It will be returned at end of the stay with possible deduction of things to cover missing or unusable.

Arrivals: Sunday 17:00/20:00.
Departures: Sunday 09:00.
